The West GenCo team is a blend of master plan assemblage and development, large scale capital raising, financial analysis and management, detailed horizontal development and engineering, Data Center operations and Hyperscale relationships. This blend allows the team to have all the bases covered to assemble and prepare the best projects possible.
CEO/Founder
Darwin Fielding

Darwin is a seasoned real estate investor and developer with over 25 years of experience in real estate finance, land acquisition, entitlements, and strategic partnerships. Throughout his career, he has underwritten more than $700m in real estate transactions and secured over $500 million in capital for a diverse range of projects.
With a portfolio encompassing over 2,000 acres, Darwin has successfully developed residential, commercial, industrial, and hospitality properties. His core strengths lie in identifying high-value opportunities, navigating complex entitlement processes, and structuring deals that deliver long-term value.
Beyond his professional work, Darwin is deeply committed to community engagement. He devotes time to mentoring and coaching youth, sharing his expertise to help others reach their potential.
COO/Founder
Austin Pritchett

Austin graduated with an MBA from Cornell University, he began his career on Wall Street as an Investment Banker.
After leaving investment banking he worked as a lead underwriter for a large commercial real estate development company for several years. From there Austin worked as the CFO for a real estate based family office and then the CFO for a REIT and Private Equity Real Estate Fund.
Austin then went on to found a land development company that grew to over 9 figures in 4 years. There he mastered deal assemblage, entitlements, funding deals from raw land through horizontal development.

Mike Salvage

Mike has nearly 20 years of experience in the data center and network industry and has held leadership roles across operations, sales, and business development, giving him a well-rounded perspective on how digital infrastructure is built, scaled, and delivered.
Known for his straightforward style and client-first approach, Mike is passionate about helping hyperscalers, cloud providers, and enterprises move faster in a world where power and speed-to-market are everything.
A proud graduate of Texas Christian University (TCU) with a degree in Communications, Mike was also part of the TCU football program, an experience that shaped his team-first mindset and competitive drive.

Tate Murphey

Tate has been working in real estate investments since graduating from Brigham Young University with a degree in Finance.
Tate has worked extensively in land, multifamily, and hospitality development and acquisition. Tate started his career with a regional real estate development firm.
During his tenure there he was able to lead the underwriting of their first fund, as well their first opportunity zone fund targeting core mountain west markets. He has underwritten over $3 billion worth of real estate.

Darin Fielding

22+ years of progressive financial and accounting experience with repeated success through multiple mergers and acquisitions, extensive company growth, planning and forecasting, solving complex problems, process and procedure redevelopment, and ERP implementations.
Detail-oriented, exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to examine and understand business needs and deliver comprehensive reports. Strong leadership skills in building and managing a positive team environment, bridging other company departments. Accomplished in creating strategic relationships by collaborating with colleagues, customers, vendors, and financing entities to achieve desired results. Accustomed to managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
